Hyvinkää a'la Carte is site developed by local food tourism entrepreneurs. At the moment, the special Hyvinkää-themed treats include the Parantola plate and the Donner cake which was created by Café Donner.

The Donner cake by Cafe Donner
The café, which is located at the Wool Mill, has come up with a cake which has been named after the founder of the mill, Ossian Donner. You can sample the cake by ordering it a couple of days in advance.
